Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We ship all orders directly from our fulfillment centers located in Michigan and California, USA.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $87, with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, and military bases.

All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS (and occasionally through other trusted carrier partners).

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 2–8 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

 

Failed or Missing Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided address due to an incorrect address or lack of customer cooperation, the carrier will attempt delivery up to three times.

After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse. If this occurs, please contact us to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


If your package appears lost or tracking hasn’t updated after a reasonable timeframe, please email our support team at support@velorhealth.com and include your order number so we can assist you promptly.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after your package leaves our warehouse.

 


Pre-Orders

 


If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated pre-order dates are displayed on the product page at checkout.
